The Well is a collective of women who gather purposefully — to tend to their souls, listen to what the Spirit has to say, and be invited into the global gospel movement Uncharted is part of.
In the places Uncharted serves, women are often the most overlooked.
Yet they carry a unique capacity for empathy, advocacy, and spiritual depth—and The Well exists to steward this role.
The Well creates space to slow down, listen, and be with God — individually and together. Through listening prayer, reflection, and field stories from Uncharted's partners, women are re-centered on what matters and reconnected to a movement bigger than themselves.
What the well provides
The Well equips women to live courageously, use their God-given gifts, and advocate for others—locally and globally.
The Well hosts immersive gatherings—both in person and on Zoom—where women step away from the everyday, pause with God, and connect with one another and Uncharted’s Field Partners. These spaces nurture honest conversation, spiritual reflection, and shared encouragement.
You don't have to share. You don't have to perform. The Well is a space where women can simply be present — to God and to one another. Connection happens naturally, without obligation. Some women come to listen. Others to pray. All are welcome as they are.
The Well equips women with practices they can carry home — listening prayer rhythms, field stories from Uncharted's partners, and tangible ways to advocate and give toward global gospel movements.

It's a place to remember your true identity, hear from the Spirit, and respond to God's invitation into the global gospel movement.
The Well is for women who desire intentional soul care, authentic sisterhood, and a tangible way to support discipleship movements in hard and unreached places.
The Well hosts in-person and virtual gatherings that center on prayer, spiritual formation, honest conversation, and connection with Uncharted’s global Field Partners.
Through prayer, storytelling, generosity, and advocacy, women in The Well directly support and encourage indigenous Field Partners serving in overlooked and unreached communities.
Soul care includes intentional rhythms of prayer, reflection, and spiritual formation that help women cultivate deeper intimacy with God and long-term faithfulness in their calling.
There is no formal membership requirement. Women can participate at their own pace through gatherings, retreats, and ongoing opportunities to engage.
