GATHER
Women gather in person or on Zoom to hold space for God and one another.
These are intentional times of listening prayer, real stories, and connection—both with each other and with Uncharted’s Field Partners.

LISTEN
Through guided prayer and spiritual formation prompts, women experience soul care and deeper intimacy with the Lord.
These spaces are small, Spirit-led, and built on trust.

ENGAGE
As women intercede regularly for Field Partners and each other, a sense of purpose awakens.
Women find tangible ways to support Uncharted’s work globally—through giving, storytelling, or advocacy.

The Well began as a conversation between God and a woman on a hike.
As they talked, the Lord whispered a phrase: “If women would hear from Me…”
That moment birthed something deeper—a longing to see women connected, empowered, and transformed by listening to God.
A year later, the name came: The Well. Since then, it’s become a resting place for women—where faith is awakened, wounds are healed, dreams are birthed, and bold obedience takes root.
In the places Uncharted serves, women are often the most overlooked. But globally, women hold a unique capacity for empathy, advocacy, and spiritual depth. The Well exists to steward this role.
It’s not a program. It’s not a women’s ministry. It’s a sacred space—organic, nimble, and Spirit-led.
Together, women gather to listen, pray, connect, and act—for each other and for our sisters around the world.
