What is Soul Care?
Soul Care is people-first support for Christian leaders serving in some of the hardest and most overlooked places in the world.
Uncharted surrounds Field Partners with ongoing intercession, confidential retreats in secure locations, and consistent relational support throughout the year. Because many serve in regions of real persecution, we carefully protect identities, use regional descriptors, and never share live locations.
The goal is simple and vital: restored hearts, resilient teams, and long-term faithfulness in advancing the Gospel.
How it works
Intercession & Prayer
We mobilize intentional, informed prayer for leaders across the Himalayas, North Africa, the Balkans, and beyond. Prayer requests flow through trusted channels and are shared with a curated intercessor network. Monthly prayer rhythms, guided prompts, occasional fasts, and secure updates ensure no leader carries the spiritual burden alone.
Secure Retreats & Gatherings
We host Soul Care retreats and gatherings designed for rest, listening prayer, healing, and encouragement. These retreats take place in carefully vetted, secure venues with limited invitations, translation support, and trauma-aware facilitators. Scholarships, travel coordination, and intentional follow-up care ensure leaders return home strengthened, not spent.
Ongoing Relationships & Care
Soul Care doesn’t end when a retreat does. We remain present through scheduled check-ins, peer cohorts, emergency response support, practical resources, and secure communication. By tracking needs over time, we provide steady, relational care so no Field Partner walks alone.

Safety is our top priority. Many Field Partners serve where following Jesus can bring real persecution. Retreats and gatherings happen only in secure, vetted locations with limited invitations. We never share live locations, use regional labels (like “North Africa” or “Himalayas”), avoid publishing faces in uncontrolled contexts, and provide details only on a strict need-to-know basis.
To protect participants and ensure transformational experiences, we host retreats only a few times a year. Each retreat is carefully curated to maximize spiritual renewal and ministry effectiveness.
