DISCOVER YOUR PLACE IN GODS MISSION
re:deploy
A Different Kind of Mission
You’ve lived with purpose before.
you’ve carried responsibility, made decisions that mattered, and served something larger than yourself.
re:deploy is an invitation to pause—not to disengage, but to discern. It’s a space created specifically for retired and transitioning military leaders who sense that their story isn’t finished, but the mission may look different now.
This isn’t about reliving the past or rushing into what’s next.
It’s about listening for where your experience, wisdom, and leadership might be redirected—toward God’s work in overlooked places and through long-term, relational impact.
A PEER-BASED EXPERIENCE
Participants engage alongside other veterans who understand:
Leadership responsibility
Transition out of formal command
The complexity of identity after service
This shared context creates a level of trust, honesty, and mutual respect that doesn’t require explanation or comparison.
FACILITATED, NOT LECTURED
Sessions are led by experienced facilitators who guide conversation, frame key questions, and help keep discussions focused and constructive.
There are no lectures, training modules, or prescribed outcomes.
The role of the facilitator is to support discernment—not direct it.
A RESPECTFUL, LOW-PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT
RE:DEPLOY is not a fundraising event, a recruitment pathway, or a commitment-based program.
Participation is invitational and relational.
You’re free to engage at your own pace, share as much or as little as you choose, and explore how your experience and calling may be expressed in this next season.
